A circular cycle orbiting the site of Didcot Power Station. Partway through demolition, the 6 hyperbolic cooling towers, visable on the horizon for miles in all directions, have now become 3. We think about the changing landscape, the changing attitiude to energy and climate control and the tension embodied in the architecture. The use of such monolithic structures as navigational tool allow travel, not to get somewhere (other than where we started) but to experience the perimeter of a site, to look inwards, to observe scale, distance, elevation, to view from all angles.
